The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor and Sub-contractor. As a Prime Contractor, the bidder should have experience in their own country and other countries. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 10% of the contract applied for the construction, which is Rs. 3.88 lakhs (10% of Rs. 38.80 lakhs). Alternatively, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 38.80 lakhs. The bidder should have completed at least 25% of the work within the first month, 50% within the second month, 75% within the third month, and 100% within the fourth month. The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years of experience in similar works. The bidder should also have a team with specific qualifications, including One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years experience in similar works. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control in compaction of soils, Mechanized granular pavement construction, construction of asphaltic overlays, and construction of Road Works / Bridge works. The bidder should also provide details of their experience in construction of Road Works / Bridge Works in Open Foundations & Pile foundations.
