The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed at least one contract of similar nature and value, at least 40% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 132.16 Lakhs, within the last five years. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the contract value applied for, over the last five years, which is also Rs. 132.16 Lakhs. The experience in similar nature of work should include minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - GSB: 320.80 Cubic Metre - WMM: 1013.20 Cubic Metre - BM/DBM: 361.90 Cubic Metre - BC: 167.50 Cubic Metre - STEEL: 1.648 Metric Tonne - PCC/VCC: 16.90 Cubic Metre - VRCC: 22.30 Cubic Metre The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 330.40 Lakhs. The bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance one month of the current activity for the work being qualified. The bidder should have been in Civil Engineering Construction Business, including road and bridge works, and should have completed similar works, with an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 132.16 Lakhs. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 4 months. The bidder should furnish certificates countersigned by an Engineer not below the rank of Divisional Engineer. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as: - At least 40% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 132.16 Lakhs - Average annual turnover of at least 40% of the contract value applied for, over the last five years, which is Rs. 132.16 Lakhs - Minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, as specified above.
