The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Architectural – Cum-Consultancy services in India, in the field of Multi-storeyed building constructions. The bidder should have rendered architectural and consultancy services/executed similar nature of works with specific cost requirements. The required prior work experience can be fulfilled by completing: - Three similar works with a total cost of at least 40% of the project cost, which is ₹2,82,76,040.00. - Two similar works with a total cost of at least 60% of the project cost, which is ₹4,24,14,060.00. - One similar work with a total cost of at least 80% of the project cost, which is ₹5,65,52,080.00. The project cost put to tender is ₹7,06,90,100.00. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the project cost. The corresponding amounts are ₹2,82,76,040.00, ₹4,24,14,060.00, and ₹5,65,52,080.00 respectively.
