Supply of Relay plug in type Style AC -LED All aspect AC lamp proving relay unit with 20 in built current transformer type, slow release neutral line relay, 4F.4B contacts, front and back contacts metal to carbon, shall be suitable for working in series with 110V/AC LED signal lamp rated at 15 W confirming to RDSO Spec. STS/E/Relay/AC lit LED Signal /09 - 2002, BRS:941 A, IRS:S 34 & IRS:S 23 (As applicable).The interlocking code for this unit shall be ABDHK. Inspection - RDSO

"Supply & installation of basic Earthing kit as per RDSO Spec No. RDSO/SPN/197/2016 or latest. Each set will consist of a) Earth electrode of Copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel rod, minimum 3.0 mtr. long and minimum 17.0 mm dia, specially designed for electrical grounding- 01 No., b) Earth Enhancement compound in 10Kgs bag - 3 Nos., c) Copper tape of 25 mm x 6 mm x 300 mm - 2 Nos, d) Copper tape of 25 mm x 6 mm x 200 mm to terminate on earth electrode - 01 No., e) Supply of insulated connecting cable to connect equipment bus bar 10 meter each earth., f) Installation of Unit Earth consisting materials covered in above item in accordance to RDSO Spec. No. RDSO/SPN/197/2016 or latest which involves digging of earth to required depth, insertion of electrode, joint of electrodes using coupler, filling of earth enhancing compound, provision of 4 exothermic weld one to connecting cable to the earth electrode and another to the copper tape. Electrode termination in a concrete sink and routing the cadmium cable to bus bar in equipment room. (All other materials required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor). Note:- Supply & installation should be done in accordance of RDSO's Technical advisory No. "STS/E/TAN/3006 ver 3.0 dated 08.01.25" & as per guidelines mentioned in RDSO's letter RDSO-SIG0SPD(PROJ)/1/2020, dtd. 01.01.2025 on Earthing, Bonding, Surge & Lightning Protection System for S&T Installation. Only NABL/ILAC tested exothermic materials are used for exothermic welding in earthing & bonding system. The installation of earting system should be carried out by OEM. OEM shall associate them by deputing his engineers / supervisors during installation, testing & commissioning of system. After installation, warranty certificate valid for 60 months will be obtained by tenderer from OEM, after which only payment will be made. Inspection: RDSO "

Supply and installation 25w gate hooter with amlifier. Inspection: Consignee

Transportation of HDD machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, preparation of site and boring of 110mm dia HDPE PIPE of size 63/40 mm in single /double /triple etc required for crossing /laying of railway cables in a combination of quad & signalling cables etc. as per required comprising maximum 72 cores in any HDD section on land /bridges/culverts /track/pucca road crossing and blowing /pulling of Quad /signalling cables etc. within HDPE pipe. Boring of trench shall be (one) Mtr below the track to 1.5 (one point five) minimum 3 (three) meter 28 below the river bed, 01 meter below other lands including road/pucca road 63/40mm dia & its accessories suitable for HDT as permanently lubricated HDPE pipe of size 63/40 crossing area. This includes supply as per Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 with latest amendment & cost of the fuel and all other items which will be required for laying of cable through it. Note- The number of HDPE pipes(of any dia as mentioned above ) to be pulled in any HDD section will depend upon the numbers of quad /signalling cables to be pulled through that HDD section asper site requirement. At a particular site, the second /additional HDD is to be done only after completing the pulling of 72 cores of cable through 1st HDD other wise the second/additional HDD will not be counted as a new /additional HDD for the purpose of billing. Inspection: Consignee for supply portion.

"Installation, Erection & Wiring of CLS unit, Post, Ladder & Base, LED unit including paying out of tail cable from location box & earthing of CLS (LED type). This includes supply of non- metallic (FRP) colour light signal housing multi-unit type for Rly. signalling, suitable for RE area, 3 33 aspect complete without lenses, lamps and signal transformer as per drg. no. SA23002/A/M/ ADV. ALT-8 and per spec. no. RDSO/SPN/194/2006 (VER- 1.0) or latest and FRP material as RDSO spec. no. RDSO/SPN/ 151/ 1997 or latest. All drawings should be as per latest. Material to be procured from RDSO's approved firm only. Note:- Signal should be compatible to 'LED' type. Inspection:- RDSO Note:- Installation, Erection & Wiring of signalling unit includes LED signal litghtening unit including Curretnt Regulator & Health Monitoring unit. This also includes protection of unit from rain water."

"Supply of Aluminum boom Second section Fabricated from 2.5 mm (2nd section), 40 aluminum sheets die pressed to form tapering channels with special stiffening bends in the channels. Two such channels then joined together with batten plates by riveting to form a tapering box section, Total 8 ft. long. Approx, Size 175 mm square at larger end & 150 mm at smaller end. 2 bands of 25 mm wide x 300 mm long reflective yellow tape fixed on each yellow colour band on both sides of the boom. Note- Material should be supplied along with Test certificate from OEM and his warranty certificate. Before supply, sample must be approved by consignee & controlling officer. Inspection: RITES"

Supply Installation, testing & commissioning of datalogger/RTU system for Rly- S&T Installation as per RDSO Specification no. IRS-S-99/2006 Amendment 3.0 or latest. with 128 Digital input and 16 analog inputs. Inspection: RDSO

Modification, alteration and addition to the existing operating panel of a MACL Panel 1 Interlocked station. This work including interconnection wiring for addition and alteration in the panel from relay room, power panel. CT rack, Battery room. SM/ASM room, Outdoor equipment etc. as per approved SIP circuit diagram. Wires and Terminals required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor and procured from the RDSO approved firm and inspected by RDSO.

Exacavation of trenchless track under Railway Track/Busy Road etc. at depth culvert/River, (IN HDD portion) laying of 100 mm die GI /HDPE PIPE of medium grade in it (GI/HDPE pipe shall be supplied by the contractor). Note:- Pipe inspection by consignee.

Supply of External E1 converter for E1 networking of RTU as per technical specification attached. Inspection: Consignee

Casting Concreting & Curing of foundation (1:3:6) for Sliding gate As per DWG No. 17 SGW-SDAH/ Sliding gate foundation /2012 including supply & fixing of holding down bolt with washer and nuts, MS plate of size 350MMx350MMx8MM, Cement etc 10 foundation required in each set of gate.

Preparation of Station Working Rule (SWR) in English and Hindi based on approved SIP, ESP etc as per the extent practice being follwed in E. C. Railway. The contractor shall supply two 19 paper print of the SWR as draft for approval and comments .Once the approval is given he shall supply two paper prients of the SWR for final approval and signature of the concerned officials. on obtaining the final approveal the contractor shall supply 10 sets of the SWR duly photo copies from the original signed off copies of SWR .The approved SWR shall be finally supplied on 2 CDs.

"Modification and alteration to existing Design of detailed circuit and wiring diagram for Panel Interlocking and preparation of gate circuit on the basis of approved signalling plan , control 2 table as per Rly latest practices including contact analysis chart , relay disposition chart, fuse analysis chart, relay register with latest amendment including supply of circuits and wiring diagram, design of selection table. (More than 4 lines to 8 lines station) Note: Design and circuit to be submitted in autocad and finally in CD in addition to this diagram to be submitted in polyster film tracing with 6 ferro copy of complete drawing out of this two sets to be submitted in laminated plastic cover.]"

Excavation of trench in all kinds of soil including cleaning of roots etc up to a depth of 30 01 mtr and 300 mm width in all kinds of soil including medium but excluding hard rocky soil duly cleaning any roots of trees, plants, bushes etc in entire section as per RE specification. The trench should be parallel to the track. Back filling of trenches after laying of cable and ramming of soil trenches and consolidation of soil to Original ground level and disposal of soil.

Twin tube lights, fans etc. Manufacturers test and guarntee certificate to be submitted by the contractor. This also includes exacavation of trenches for foundation and construction of foundation as per fabricated building with all accessories supplied in items above on the foundation erectyed.
