The bidder should also have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous Five financial years. For sub-contractors, they should have experience of successfully completing and commissioning of at least two works of similar nature and magnitude to the work to be sublet during the last 5 years. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature and magnitude, with a monetary value of civil engineering works in the last five financial years. The bidder should provide details of the contract, including the name of the project, description of the work, name of the employer, value of the contract, date of issue of work order, and actual date of completion. The bidder should have an average annual construction turnover, and the information supplied should be the annual turnover of the bidder in terms of the amounts billed to clients for each year for work in progress or completed. The bidder should provide a performance certificate that contains details such as the name of the scheme, contract number and date, value of the contract, and period of completion. The bidder is required to have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude within a period of 5 financial years, and a performance record showing the value of Civil Engineering work for the past Five years. The bidder should also have an Average Annual Construction Turnover (Civil engineering work) for the last Five financial years.
