Providing and laying Primer Coat over the WMM surface using 7.00 kg of bituminous emulsion for 10sqm. including cost of bitumonus emulsion which will be precurred by the contractor as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the suface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulation by all toos and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying tack coat over the WMM surface using 2.50 kg of bituminous emulsion for 10sqm. including cost of bitumonus emulsion which will be precurred by the contractor as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the suface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulation by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, vibratory and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 46.28 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 4.02Kg of Plastic waste from garbage collected at free of cost (Total-50.30 kg) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Filling with Red gravel including cost and conveyance and staking at road sides to departmental gauge for pre measurements including labour charges for filling. Complying with standard specification of filling etc., complete as per specification

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area,thickness fo 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass geads as per IRC;35. The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes.
