The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost (EC). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the EC. - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the EC. Additionally, specific values are also mentioned: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 92.19. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 138.29. - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 184.38. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified above during the last Seven years ending the previous day of the last day of submission of Bids. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of 50% of the estimated cost (EC) on civil construction work during the last three consecutive financial years. The similar work shall mean works of RCC framed building structure, Building Works (Construction/Renovation), including those carried out with some Central/State government departments, Central/State Autonomous bodies, City Development Authority, or Municipal Corporation of a city formed under any Act by the Central/State Government published in any Central/State Gazette. The value of all executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders.
