The bidder is required to have prior work experience in a similar class of work, specifically in "Any type of Building Construction / Building Refurbishment works / Civil Maintenance Works". They need to have completed similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost under a single contract during the last seven years. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed similar nature of work, including the cost of materials supplied by the Government/Client, but excluding those supplied free of cost. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 50 percent of the estimated cost during the immediate last three consecutive financial years.
