The bidder should have experiences of having successfully completed works during the last seven years. The similar works should be of the following nature: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost under a single contract. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The cost of work is defined as the gross value of the completed similar nature of work, including the cost of materials supplied by the Government/Client, but excluding those supplied free of cost. The particulars of completed works and performance of the bidder should be authenticated/certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years. Similar work shall mean any type of Civil Constructions involving plumbing items or Horticulture works involving pipeline items.
