The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the tender work value. For tenders up to 2 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E Degree holder (or) one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. For tenders above 2 Crore upto 10 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. For tenders above 10 Crore upto 50 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years, with the value of 50% of the work being Rs.125.00 lakhs. The bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the package value in any one of the preceding five years, with the package value being Rs. 188.00 Lakh for 75% and Rs. 250 lakh for 100%. The minimum required annual value of work for the successful Bidder in any of the last five years shall be 75% of the tender value of Rs.188.00 lakh, which is Rs.141.00 lakh. The bidder should have completed similar works worth at least Rs.141.00 lakh, which is 75% of the tender value of Rs.188.00 lakh. The bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 25.00 lakh.
