The bid capacity required to bid can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 1.5 - B) Where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the financial year [2023-2024] at the rate of 5% per year), N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited, B = Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited. Additionally, the available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities to carry out the work, which shall not be less than Rs. 122.02 Lakhs. The key financial capacity requirements to bid on this tender include: - An annual financial turnover of at least Rs.244.04 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. - Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of at least Rs.122.02 Lakhs. The bid capacity required includes: - Financial capacity: Rs. 244.04 Lakhs (100% of the package value) - Cash flow capacity: Rs. 122.02 Lakhs (50% of the total value of the project) - Technical capacity: Execution of at least one work not less than Rs. 97.62 Lakhs (40% of the package value) under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years.
