The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.03.2025 in State Government Department/Undertaking/Local Bodies. The required prior work experience includes executing works similar to the one being bid on, with experience certificates for works executed in Government contracts considered. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The value of similar works completed is at least 80% of the package value, which is Rs. 367.49 Lakhs, and the percentage is 80%. The amount for minimum annual financial turnover is Rs. 689.04 Lakhs, which is 1.5 times the package value.
