The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.03.2025. The 80% of the Package value is Rs. 187.93 Lakhs. The bidder is required to provide details of their prior work experience, including the name and type of project, brief technical description, name and address of the client, period of contract, construction cost of the project, and percentage of work completed. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is 1.5 times of the Package value – Rs.352.37 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The bidder should also provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements, which is 50% of the total value of the project, 50 % of the Package Value – Rs.117.46 Lakhs. The bidder needs to fill in the forms for present activities and completed works during the last 5 years, providing information on the construction cost of the project and the percentage of work completed. The required prior work experience includes having completed works of a similar nature, with 80% of the work value being Rs. 187.93 Lakhs, and having achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is Rs. 352.37 Lakhs. The bidder should also have access to or availability of liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources that are sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements, which is estimated to be 50% of the total value of the project, amounting to Rs. 117.46 Lakhs.
