The condition for bid capacity is Bid capacity > Value of the work. Additionally, the minimum qualification criteria for bidders include: - Minimum completed works: 1, 2, or 3 works with specific minimum values (Rs. 253.10 Lakhs, Rs. 158.18 Lakhs x 2, or Rs. 126.55 Lakhs x 3). - Minimum average annual financial turnover: Rs. 790.92 Lakhs over the last 5 years, which is at least 50% of the estimated cost of the project.
