The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated by completing one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 238.86 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 298.58 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 477.72 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. Additionally, the bidder should have an Average Annual financial turnover during the last 5 years of at least 50% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 30% of the value put to tender. The bidder should also have a minimum available bid capacity, calculated as (A x N x 1.5 - B), where A is the maximum annual turnover in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of works, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works. The value of the works executed and Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% each per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2023-24, with the weightage as follows: 2023-24: 1X Financial Turnover 2022-23: 1.10 X Financial Turnover 2021-22: 1.21 X Financial Turnover 2020-21: 1.33 X Financial Turnover 2019-20: 1.46 X Financial Turnover The bidder should submit a list of completed works, including the name and type of project, brief technical description, name and address of the client, period of contract, construction cost of the project, and percentage of works completed. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost for three, two, and one similar completed works respectively.
