The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated in three ways: 1. Three similar completed works for a value not less than Rs.1.01 Crore each, 2. Two similar completed works for a value not less than Rs.1.26 Crore each, 3. One similar completed work for a value not less than Rs.2.02 Crore. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide information on their present activities for the last 5 years, annual turnover for the last 5 years, and net income for the last 5 years, as well as details of completed works, including the name and type of project, brief technical description, construction cost, and percentage of work completed. For technical personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Landscape/Horticulture degree holders: 5 years of experience - PG Diploma holders for Horticulture: at least 3 years of experience - B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder: 3 years of experience with quality control assurance - Site Engineers (Civil & Electrical): - Degree in Electrical Engineering: minimum of 5 years of experience - Diploma in Electrical Engineering: experience in handling such projects (no specific years mentioned) - Landscape Architect (Consultant Role): minimum 3 years of experience in handling similar projects - Horticulture (Consultant Role): minimum 3 years of experience in handling similar projects - A Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in executing similar types of jobs in planning. - A Project Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of experience. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of approximately Rs. 3.80 crore in any one year from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The bidder should also have a minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities, which is 30% of the value of the work, i.e., Rs. 76.07 lakhs.
