The bidder should have experience in executing works similar to the one being bid on, specifically in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. The value of this work is specified as 80% of the Package value, which is Rs.484.36 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is Rs.908.18 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The bidder should have access to liquid assets of at least 50% of the total value of the project, which is 50% of the Package Value, equal to Rs. 302.73 Lakhs. The bidder's experience certificates for the works executed in Government contracts will be considered, and they should provide a Performance Certificate for the executed work, subject to verification.
