The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 120.73 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 150.91 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 241.46 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. These similar works should be for the Government of India, State Government Department, Government undertaking in India, or Local Bodies/Public Sector, and should have been completed during the last five years ending June 30th, 2024, or January 31st, 2025. Completion certificates obtained from the client/department should be enclosed. The bidder should have successfully completed these works, and the nature of the works should be similar to the Construction of Buildings.
