- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 195.97 Lakhs (excluding GST).
Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed similar building works during the last five years ending August 31st, 2024. A completion certificate obtained from the client or department should be enclosed to support this claim.
