Providing and Fixing suspended Saint-Gobain 12.5mm GYPBOARD PLAIN PANEL CEILING including Gypsteel ULTRA Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of HILTI HPS - 1 (6x40) impact anchor, at 600mm centres.Gypsteel ULTRA Ceiling Angle with Soffit cleat and or Gyproc Rawl Plug-8x45mm creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. Gypsteel ULTRA Intermediate channel is fixed to the Gypsteel ULTRA Ceiiing Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement or with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 Gyproc metal screw. The Gypsteel ULTRA Ceiling Section is then fixed to the Gypsteel ULTRA Intermediate Channel with the help of Gyproc Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard Plain (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing Compound & Joint Paper tape.The work is to be executed all complete at all different elevations as per drawing attached including material costs,labour,tools and tackles as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
