Scaffolding Erection and dismantling

Job involves erection of scaffolding at the required locations using 1.5" dia / 2" dia steel tubular pipes with suitable clamping arrangement, providing wooden planks / steel gratings at the required locations firmly tied on to the scaffolding pipes, removal of the wooden planks / steel gratings & scaffolding materials on completion of the job. The job also includes supplying of all types of tools, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, collection & transportation of steel scaffolding materials & wooden planks / steel gratings from the owner's storage point to the work site and back to owner's storage point. The job also includes supplying of all tools , machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects.

Steel scaffolding erection and dismantling with CPCL materials

Erection & dismantling of Scaffolding upto 10m height (External) -- Flat type (Rate per sq.m)

Erection & dismantling of Scaffolding upto 10m height (External) -- Box type (Rate per cubic metre)

(1) For measurement, the scaffolding height shall be measured from the erected base level upto the top plank reference or the top horizontal poles. (2) The above rates are applicable for all external scaffolding work with base reference within 5 metres elevation from Ground level & upto a height of 10 metres. (3) For scaffolding heights beyond the first 10 metres, 10% of the applicable rate shall be paid incrementally for every 10 metres additional height.(4) For scaffolding base references above 5 metres but within 10 metres of elevation, the rate shall be paid at 1.1 times the applicable rate. (5) For scaffolding base references above 10 metres but within 15 metres of elevation, the rate shall be paid at 1.2 times the applicable rate. (6) For scaffolding base references above 15 metres but within 20 metres of elevation, the rate shall be paid at 1.3 times the applicable rate. (7) For scaffolding base references above 20 metres of elevation, the rate shall be paid at 1.4 times the applicable rate.

Surface Preparation

Hand tool cleaning to the requirement of St-2 / SSPC-SP-2 and water washing after cleaning. Note: In case water washing is not carried-out, Rs.5/- per square meter will be deducted from the amount payable for surface preparation
