The required prior work experience for the bidder includes demonstrating their ability to handle contracts of a certain value, manage multiple commitments, and show a track record of completing works. The bidder should have continuous experience under civil construction/civil maintenance contracts in the role of prime contractor between 1st April 2017 to till date. They should also have experience of having successfully carried out Civil Maintenance work in Operational/Running Network in the role of Prime Contractor/sub-contractor (single entity) in similar contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed. The bidder must have completed works with minimum values as follows: - One work of value INR 8,67,20,000/- or above, - Two works each of value INR 5,42,00,000/- or above, - Three works each of value INR 4,33,60,000/- or above. The completion of works should be evidenced by submission of a copy of end-user certificates such as Taking-over Certificates and Completion Certificates. Substantial completion is based on 80% or more of the works completed under the contract. Additionally, the bidder's average annual turnover should be a minimum of INR 3,25,20,000, and their net worth should be positive in at least any three years between FY2019-2020 to FY2023-24. The bid capacity should be ≥ INR 6.50 Crores. The bidder is also required to demonstrate access to or availability of liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as INR 1,30,02,000 for the subject contract. The percentage of similar works completed is 80% or more of the value of the work to be considered substantially completed.
