The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For "SITC of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System", the bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the cost of this component. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the cost of this component. - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the cost of this component. - For "SITC of IP Based CCTV, LAN and IP Based EPBAX System" with a cost of Rs. 21,48,507/-, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the cost of the relevant package. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the cost of the relevant package. - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the cost of the relevant package. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the required experience for personnel includes: 1. Project Manager: 20 years of experience, with experience in one similar nature of work. 2. Deputy Project Manager: 12 years of experience, with experience in one similar nature of work. 3. Project/Site Engineer: 5 or 10 years of experience for Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer, respectively. 4. Project Planning/Quality/Billing Engineer: 2 or 5 years of experience for Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer, respectively. For specialized agencies, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one work of similar nature and of appropriate magnitude commensurate to this work.
