Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: * Certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. * Documentary evidence to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience/Turnover Criteria, if applicable. * Relevant documentary evidence to avail Purchase preference for services, if the bidder is an MSE Service Provider. * Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three consecutive financial years, which shall be certified by CA and UDIN number shall be mentioned on the certificate.
