The eligibility requirements mentioned include: 1. Status of the Company: - Proprietorship: PAN card on owner name - For partnership firms: PAN card and PARTNERSHIP DEED - For others: PAN card in the name of company / firm / business and CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION / MOA and AOA - GST Registration certificate 2. Proof of Experience: The Contractor shall have executed works similar to Maintenance of DG Set for any establishment of Central / State Govt. / PSU / Private company executed after 31st March, 2018. 3. Tender document (all pages) duly Signed & sealed by bidder's Authorized signatory. 4. All Annexures (Annexure - 1 to 18) duly filled, Signed & seal by bidder's Authorized signatory on bidder's letter head 5. Bidder must not be under Insolvency Resolution Process or Liquidation or Bankruptcy Code Proceedings (IBC) as on date, by NCLT or any adjudicating authority/authorities. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE Service Providers. - 100% order quantity will be awarded to MSE bidder if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider has quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - PAN card - PARTNERSHIP DEED (for partnership firms) - CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION / MOA and AOA (for others) - GST Registration certificate - MSE certificate (Udyam certificate) - Audited Balance Sheet and profit & Loss Account for the last three years, - Copy of PAN Card & GST registration.
