Providing and fixing roofing / Cladding of COLORBOND LYSAGHT TRIMDEK profile sheet of nominal. 1072 mm overall width and nominal 28 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 203 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feedmaterial shall be of 0.45 BMT (0.50 mm Total Coated Thickness (TCT)(0.53 TPT)), Hi-Tensile steelwithmin. 550Mpa yieldstrength, metallic hot dip coated with Zinc- Aluminum alloy (55% Aluminum, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 – ZINCALUME AZ200 (Min 200 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Super Durable Polyester COLORBOND ULTRA steel quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / IS15965 class 3 of Tata BlueScope Steelmake. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 40 microns, super durable polyester COLORBOND ULTRA with Thermatch solar reflectance technology quality paint system of 25 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The paint system should have stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and Lead free for water harvesting. The steel manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. The steel sheet shall have brand markingof “LYSAGHT TRIMDEK 0.53 MM TPT-A Product of Tata BlueScope Steel Ltd” on back side at regular interval confirming genuineness of the material.The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer on the back of the sheet at every 1 metre c/c for conforming genuinity of the material. The steel sheet shall be fastened using Class 3 (as per AS3566) of size as per design, galvanized hex self-drilling fasteners of approved make (TATA bluescope or equivalent) and quality including Scaffolding, EPDM/neoprene washer on each crest of sheets for connecting with purlins (or as per design). The rate including the bottom edges of the cladding sealed with the 25mm thick concrete finished. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing at Corner Flashing / 90 DEGREE Angular ridges ( galvalume sheet) fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wind operated turbo extractor (Aluminium) along with suitable base in Polycarbonate sheet matching to the roofing profile. Necessary flashings to make the interface between the sheet and the turbo base should be considered of following throat dia. 600 mm and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Turbo ventilator fixing with roof sheet should have sufficient overlap and leak tighness.

Providing, Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position Structural steel members like trusses, purlins, staircase handrails, ladders etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying G.I.coating 100 microns and above by hot dipping , scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing, installing, placing and securing in position UPVC 320 mm size Maxximo(Ogee) Rain water gutter at the above EL+13.00 metre for streel structure conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials, ‘Roof Sense’ or other approved equivalent make of fittings & specials (like runner/coupler, outlet/runner drop 160mm dia, stop end drop 160 mm dia etc.), including jointing with sealent, with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing bracket, nutt/ bolts , joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC SWR Rain water pipe 160mm outer dia best quality PVC pipes -Type A (Suitable for ventilation work and rain water applications) confirming to IS - 13392 - latest edition, with ISI mark and heavy quality specials such as bends, shoes etc. with ISI mark including fixing to the wall with adequate no. of G.I. clips for rain water down take pipes etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
