Model 370-104 (S.No.1 to 8) : Supply of all the items for Replacement of Induced draft, Cross Flow Timber cooling towers of capacity 58.33 LPS per cell (M/s. Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd. (PCTL) make Marley design of (Model 370-104) / 20HP with fully pultruded FRP Structurals, Induced draft, Cross flow Cooling tower with (100%) mechanical parts& IE3 Motor as per tender Technical Specifications including following salient works FOR ONE CELL. a) Providing Pultruded FRP heavy structural O&M platform pathway over the hot water basin cover for all the 4 cells in the entire deck area with heavy load bearing FRP platform of min ≥30 mm thick including stiffner over the entire hot water basin for movement of Heavy mechanical components such as Motor, Gear Box ,Cross over Pipe assembly, maximum of 6 working personnel etc. b) Providing Pultruded FRP heavy structural platform for Approach Stairway and with necessary FRP support structure at one side of Cooling tower. c) All the civil works for suit to site conditions for installation of New Pultruded type tower within the same area and cement plastering of the Cold water basin. d) Dismantling of existing wooden cooling tower of 4 cells and safe disposal of debris within 2 km. radius within the site. e) Any other material/Items/ Equipments required for replacement/ revamping of CT cell at site other than the above mentioned details is also in the scope of contractor. f) Unloading of materials at site during delivery, Horizontal and Vertical shifting of all materials after delivery during erection of the tower over the terrace.
