Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 300 mm Dia Wall Mounting Exhaust Fans including supply of Aluminium grill bracket with Stainless Steel Bolts for mounting of Exhaust Fan & Aluminium grill bracket and 3 Core, 1.5 Sq.mm (14/0.3) PVC insulated & FRLS sheathed copper flexible cable of required length as per the detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.17.2).

Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of one number PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Stranded Aluminium/copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3/3.5/4 Core X upto 25 Sqmm sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering with chamber burnt/cement bricks on sides & top, refilling the trench and providing RCC route indicator etc as required (Note: Cable will be issued free of cost by the department).(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.3)

Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1100 Volts Grade PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated, Stranded Aluminium/copper conductor cables of 3/3.5/4core X Upto 25 sqmm sizes in built-in trenches, on walls, poles and through embedded pipes including supply of GI spacer, clamps etc and as per the detailed specification (Note: Cable will be issued free of cost by the department).(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.3)

End Termination of the 4 Core X 16 Sq.mm sizes of Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated and sheathed armoured UG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty, Gland connecting the cable to the equipment such as Switches/Panel Boards etc. using Comet or equivalent make Aluminium crimping lugs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland and Lugs. The Contractor shall arrange for making holes wherever necessary for fixing cable gland. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.10.1).

End Termination of the 3.5 x 95/120 sq.mm sizes of Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated and sheathed armoured UG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty, Gland connecting the cable to the equipment such as Switches/Panel Boards etc. using Comet or equivalent make Aluminium crimping lugs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland and Lugs. The Contractor shall arrange for making holes wherever necessary for fixing cable gland. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.10.1).

Fabrication, Supply and installation of 150 mm width x 100 mm depth x 2.0 mm thickness of hot dipped galvanized (average weight of zinc coating per unit area - 610 gm/Sq.m and coating thickness minimum of 86 microns) steel (IS:2062 Grade-BR), "Perforated type cable trays" with GI coupler plates, SS bolts, nuts & washers as per drawings, scope of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete for all floors using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1.The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and constructing fly ash brick masonry at all lifts using fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for Basement and Ground Floor.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the External surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior / Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
