The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of a similar nature, specifically Rigid / Flexible Pavement works. The bidder should have completed at least one work each costing not less than Rs. 241.10 lakhs (excluding GST/VAT) during the last seven years. Alternatively, the bidder can have completed similar works of value Rs. 120.55 Lakhs (excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs. 150.69 Lakhs (excluding GST) in a single contract of similar nature of works during the last 7 years. The substantial completion of works should be based on 80% or more works completed under the contract. The bidder needs to provide details of work experience, including the name of the work, value of the work, date of start and completion, and completion cost. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. For works completed pre-GST era, the completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes and make it at par with experience certificates of post-GST era, excluding GST. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 106.69 lakhs on construction works during the last three years. The bidder is required to submit a certificate of substantial completion, which includes the financial value of work done and a certificate of functional completion of the project/work/asset. The percentage of similar works completed is 80% or more works completed under the contract for substantial completion.
