a)Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following Automatic Tube Cleaning system for HT and LT chillers with separate Ball traps and Ball Collectors operated by a single /multiple skid with separate pumps each for injection and collection of balls and a controller suitable for Condenser inlet/outlet size. The ATCS system shall be complete with all valves, fittings, piping, required for the successful operation of the plant control cabling, etc. The ATCS system shall be online with the chiller operation and should not unload the Chiller during cleaning cycle. The ATCS system shall be smart enough to decide to send the balls only to the running chillers and not in standby chillers. Cost will include supply and replacement of sponge balls as and when required for a year. b)Ball Trap - MOC of Carbon Steel, epoxy painted, with SS 304 strainer along with Ball Collectors with clear peri - glass view window with complete valves and fittings, check valves and manual valves. c)ATCS Skid complete with pipings and pump d)Control Panel complete with all Touch screen Colour graphics screen, motor protection, alarms, feedback mechanism, time lead and lag, etc complete with Safety and Control Logics. e)Actuated Motorized valves for Controlling injection and collection seperately.(Lot)
