Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UL/EN listed (latest version) Modular Microprocessor based expandable intelligent Addressable Type Fire Alarm Control Panel with minimum 10 loops, 240 intelligent addressable detectors/ devices (In any combination ) in one loop, minimum 320 character graphics / LCD display with keypad and minimum 4000 events history log in the non-volatile memory (EPROM), capable of taking Protocol Devices, LCD Display, panel shall work in degrade mode incase of CPU failure, suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC power supply, inbuilt/external automatic battery charger with the charging capacity of 200AH, 24 volts, sealed maintenance free batteries sufficient for 2 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency/fault conditions. The panel shall be equipped with Digital voice control system for 2 ways communication Fire Fighters System capable of supervising all the speaker circuits with adequate zone control and accessories. Failure of Fire panel CPU shall not result in failure of FFT operation. The panel shall have facility for seamless integration with PA system (For giving trigger signal to Start Pre-recorded Digital Voice Evacuation from PA system in case of fire). The panel shall be inter connected with the existing Building Management System (Honeywell) with open protocol BACNET/MODBUS etc. or advanced software as per specification the programme software license & graphic card, CD, Dongle should be handed over to AAI, inclusion of devices and deletion of devices should be carried out till the life of Fire Alarm Panel i.e., is 5 years, antivirus software original version should be installed and updated till the life time of the panel, battery stand may be provided for above batteries etc., Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Network Control Annunciator Card for Integration to view all panels of other Area etc. complete as required. List of Preferred makes for use in AAI works.
