The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works during the last seven years ending on 31.01.2025. The bidder should provide details of similar works successfully completed or substantially completed. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed three works, each of Rs.1,73,36,015.00, or two works, each of Rs.2,16,70,019.00, or one work of Rs.3,46,72,030.00 in a single contract of "Providing Operation & Maintenance Service of Water Supply System" during the last seven years. The value of similar works completed should be of a requisite amount. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs.1,53,42,373.00 (excluding GST) against works executed during the last three years ending 31st March of the previous financial year. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the experience certificates of works completed pre-GST era will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
