Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installations, testing and commissioning of Powerized MS Roller Conveyor with electrical drives, approximate Roller width of 1200 mm with necessary thickness plates between rollers. Approximate height 400 mm from floor level and having Mild Steel Rolled/ Framed steel section duly painted of load carrying Capacity of 2000 gm to 500 Kg/Mtr and overall length (3000+1500++1500+2000+10000+10000+10000 = 38 mtr) conveyor with MS control panels, internal and external wiring, VFDs, images screening, dynamic dimension capturing system, online check weigher with rejection system complete fixed on the floor with necessary grouting, cutting of concrete, drilling, finishing the same etc. complete as required. Three dimensional dimension capturing system with scanner, software, weighing consoles, censors etc., may be provided at the receiving end with provision for barcode scanner and transmission of data through Ethernet cable to AAICLAS ICMS systems. The entire conveyor system shall be automatic operation and PLC programming shall be done. The conveyor includes receiving conveyors, rejection conveyors and transmitting conveyors as per the site condition. At two locations where the rejection conveyor are to be linked with the transmission conveyor turn table/ pop conveyor as per design of the manufactuter with power drive shall be provided. Note: For the first one year defect liability period complete spares and consumables.
