The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Aluminum work: (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, (c) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, (c) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Metallic Roofing work: (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, (c) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. - Water proofing work: (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, (c) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The percentages of similar works are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The amounts for similar works can be calculated as: - 40% of Rs. 344.67 Lacs = Rs. 137.87 Lacs - 50% of Rs. 344.67 Lacs = Rs. 172.335 Lacs - 80% of Rs. 344.67 Lacs = Rs. 275.736 Lacs Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with a Central/State Government Department or other reputable entities. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned below during the last Seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. Also, the bidder should have completed one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with some Central/State Government Department/Central Autonomous Body/State Autonomous Body/ Central Public Sector Undertaking/ State Public Sector Undertaking/City Development Authority/Municipal Corporation of City formed under any Act by Central/ State Government and published in Central/State Gazette and Reputed private entities.
