The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the current work, which is Rs. 103.36 Lac (30% of 344.54 Lac). The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of at least 30% of the estimated cost. For specialized works, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in the tender. - Or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in the tender. - Or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in the tender. The bidder should also have had an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets. In terms of technical competence, the bidder should have completed similar works such as: - More than fifteen storey buildings. - Minimum one building of Ten storeys. - Completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys. For buildings, each basement or stilt is considered as a storey. The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement.
