The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Design and Construction OR Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant and Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of gravity sewers of any material and type, in similar terrain. 2. Design and Construction OR Construction of Water Treatment Plant and Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of water pipe line of any material and type, in similar terrain. 3. Design and Providing OR Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of gravity sewers of any material and type, in similar terrain. 4. Design and Providing OR Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Water Supply network - of any material and type, in similar terrain. Specifically, the bidder must have experience in: 1. Design, providing, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of at least one Water Supply system, including Distribution Network, appurtenant works, of minimum Ten (10) Km length, having PLC based centralized SCADA system, in the last 7 years, in a single contract. 2. Design, providing, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of at least one Sewerage Network, comprising of gravity sewers, appurtenant works, including Road cutting/ Restoration works, of minimum Five (5) Km length, having PLC based centralized SCADA system, in the last 7 years, in a single contract. For a contract to be considered substantially complete, it must be at least 80% physically complete.
