The required prior work experience for the bidder includes participation in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 7 years and that is similar to the proposed contract. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on specific criteria, including design and construction or construction of sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, gravity sewers, or water supply networks.
