The bidder must have participated in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 7 years, with a value of participation exceeding INR 328.00 Million (INR 32.80 Cr). The bidder should have construction experience in key activities such as: 1. Water Supply system of minimum 17 Km length with PLC based centralized SCADA system. 2. Sewerage Network of minimum 4 Km length with PLC based centralized SCADA system. 3. WTP of minimum 2 MLD with PLC based centralized SCADA system and O&M for at least 1 year. 4. STP of minimum 1 MLD with PLC based centralized SCADA system and O&M for at least 1 year. 5. Construction and commissioning of a 200 KL Service Reservoir. 6. Provision of at least 130 Sewerage house service connections. 7. Provision of at least 1850 water Supply house service connections. 8. Design, construction, and commissioning of PLC based centralized SCADA system in a Water Supply system of minimum 17 Km length. 9. Operating and maintaining a water supply scheme of minimum 17 Km length for at least 2 years. Any contract that is 80% physically complete will be considered substantially complete, with the value of the completed part equal to or exceeding the minimum defined value. The bidder's net worth for the last year should be positive. The detailed monetary value for similar works completed is INR 328.00 Million (INR 32.80 Cr), which is the minimum value of the bidder's participation in a similar contract. The percentage of similar works completed is 80% for a contract to be considered substantially complete.
