M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/ 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished to drain, channel complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of timber formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, RCC/PCC bands in wall etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC pipe, ISI marked in trenches or in cable ducts or fixed on walls using clamps along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part-II complete with fitting cutting, jointing etc. of size 50 mm outer dia., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the exisitng surface complete all as specified and with 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 by (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up / down existing defective cable / ACSR conductor of sizes 2 core / 4 core, 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm from the trenches / ducts / along walls / poles / through poles / under roads / inside sub station including relaying in same or different position / location, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE Cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of clamps suitable for fixing street light on pole fabricated from 32mmx6mm flat iron including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for fixing on poles including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 20 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long), complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) The unit rates include staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (b) Excavation, foundation concrete, presenative treatment, etc.will be measured separately under the appropriate sections.Painting to steel tubular poles (inside and outside) is however included in the rates of steel tubular poles. (c) The unit rates for poles shall also apply to struts when poles of the same size are used as struts. (d) The Unit Rates for steel tubular poles also include provision of finial and cast iron base plate fixed to poles. (e) The unit rates also include drilling of holes in steel tubular poles and hooks for continuous G.I. earth wire etc. to the required size and number.

S&F of street light terminal boxes made out with SMC material, shock & dust proof of inside size 300x200x105mm as per IS and including 20 Amp, TPN busbar fixed on insulators, 01 No 10 Amp, SP MCB, earth termination with nuts & bolts and including 02 sets of flat iron 25x6mm clamps of suitable size with nuts, bolts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of of 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor wire from street light to terminal box drawn through MS pipe/PVC conduit or as indicated in other locations, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole (SP) and current carrying capacity of 5 To 32 AMP in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.
