CHAIN CONVEYOR SYSTEM : Monitoring the condition of sprockets & shafts on weekly basis and replacement of worn out sprockets as and when required. a) Driving unit triplex/duplex sprocket, b)14 teeth sprocket, c)8 teeth sprocket. Inspection of conveyor sections and reparing/replacement of damaged sections.Checking the conditions of drive unit plummer block bearings and greasing on weekly basis.Checking the condition of conveyor chain links, pins & rivets and taking corrective actions, if required. Checking conveyor chain height w.r.t channel and increasing chain height, if found insufficient. Monitoring the condition of chain guides & wear srtrips on weekly basis and worn out guides and/or strips to be replaced.
