Isolation, blinding by use of spread (to be fabricated by the contractor) of connected pipelines and Valves,Opening of Drain line for water draining. Opening of manholes, removal of mud as per the instruction of site engineer, Draining of extra water.Removal of spread from valves and pipelines,refixing of manholes ,pipelines, valves with new gaskets & nut bolts after completion of testing .Repairing & Refixing of level gauges of fire water tanks, supply of new gaskets & nut bolts for fixing valves & manholes , maintain proper slope of tank pad foundation from annular plate to the surrounding drain , Repairing of tank pad foundations etc with PCC & plaster work including servicing of inlet and outlet valves.

Cleaning the internal surface of the tanks by St-3 standard of surface preparation for the entire area such as internal roof and shell plates. Bottom plates, roof structural, columns, girders, rafter etc as directed by site in charge and removal of tank sludge/dust has to be deposited off to a far-off distance outside the plant premises as per the direction of site engineer.
