The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of at least three similar nature works, each costing not less than 40% of the bid value, which is Rs 4906.80 Lac. In terms of specific experience, the bidder should have construction experience in key activities, including: - Cast-in-situ 1200 mm dia pile in submerged condition/under water: 5780 M (single work), 3468.00 M (each of two works), or 2312.00 M (each of three works). - Steel reinforcement: 6974.76 MT (single work), 4184.85 MT (each of two works), or 2789.90 MT (each of three works). - Cement Concrete: 39828.87 CUM (single work), 23897.32 CUM (each of two works), or 15931.54 CUM (each of three works). Each JV partner should fulfill at least two of the above key activities if there are 5 or more key activities, and one key activity if there are less than 5 key activities. For evaluation purposes, a work is considered completed if more than 75% of the allotted work is completed within the stipulated time period or when the delay is not attributed to the contractor. The bidder should provide evidence of completion of similar works, including a completion certificate issued by an executive engineer or equivalent, giving item-wise details of the contract completed successfully/satisfactorily. The cost and quantum of work executed as a JV partner shall be considered only to the extent of the percentage proportion and share as in the respective JV agreement. The bidder's average annual construction turnover over the last 7 years should not be less than 35% of the bid value, which is Rs. 4293.45 Lac.
