Detail Estimate of Solar Power Based Water Pumping System

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MNRE approved off Grid Solar Panels for running of motor pumps with 25 years of Linear Generation warranty, Work includes designing of solar panel area and MS fabricated structure 120 micron hot dip galvanized iron , showing arrangement of panel in available space and installation of PV module on frame structure such that minimum height of lower edge of panel shall be 4.0 mtr from ground level to safeguard against damage and theft as per indicative drawing enclosed with the bid document. The foundation of structure shall be in RCC. Mounting structure shall be suitably designed to withstand wind velocity up to 150km/hr. The work shall be executed as per detailed technical specifications, approved drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: There shall be 5 year service warranty for solar panel and mounting structure and suitable provision shall be included in tender document.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of AC submerssible pump sets with inbuilt or individual solar pump controller with Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for optimally use the solar panel and maximize water discharge to deliver maximum water during the day. Solar pump shall be of Stainless steel construction and performance shall be as per scope of work and minimum lift of water shall be as per defined in scope . Pump controller shall have Adequate protection against dry operation of motor pump set, and against hails and storms. Full protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and reverse polarity should be provided. A good reliable on/off switch be provided. The cable shall be ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date ( standard insulation) and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 or amended up to date. The duty condition of pump set shall be as per scope of work and entire work shall be executed as per technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge. 10.0 HP

Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS 4984:1995 or amended upto date in PE 80 grade and class PN 10 of following dia. including HDPE/GI fittings and PVC rope confirming to IS 5175:1992 or amended upto date, along with clamping of submersible cable etc. complete in all respect. 75 mm dia

Detail Estimate of Rising Main

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in trenches for water supply pipe lines, shoring and strutting if required as per required gradient and line including safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff including up to all required lead cleaning the site etc. complete for lifts up to 1.5 depth and strata as specified. The work also includes depositing and refilling of trench with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed for lead up to 50 mtr.
