Construction of " HUT/ Gajebo/" as per following specification and enclosed photograph. - Circular platform at ground level having overall dia not less than 7.66 Mtr. with 1.5Mtr. Width in annular shape footpath. - Plinth Level area 17 Sqm (dia. of circular platform not less than 4.66 Mtr.).- Plinth height 0.60Mtr. from ground level should be in three equal steps having rise 15cm with one side gentle slope ramp having width 1.0Mtr. and with side railing. - Ist roof level height should be not less than 3Mtr. from plinth level.- Total Covered area of Ist roof level not less than 21.50 Sqm.- Roof should be made in frustum of cone shape having frustum height 0.60Mtr. and thickness of roof slab should not be less than 0.125Mtr.- 2nd roof should be made not less than 2.0Mtr. dia. at bottom with 0.60Mtr. cone height at center.- Difference of level between both roofs should be not less than 1 Mtr.- Minimum 6 Nos. R.C.C. (M-20) circular columns having dia 0.23Mtr.with required reinforcement from plinth level to support Ist roof level having load bearing capacity of both roofs with required foundation.- The "Hut" should be facilitated with 1No. round sitting bench of 0.45Mtr. width and 0.10Mtr. thick should be made in R.C.C. of M-20.- R.C.C. work should be complete in M-20 with required reinforcement (not less than minimum) as per relevant IS code. All work should be ornamental and having natural look of wooden finishing with ornamental plaster in rich mortar, using white cement oxide color and bamboo/balli design with final finishing in touchwood color (two or more coats) as per photograph enclosed. With giving asthetic look. The job work should be complete as per direction of engineer incharge and upto satisfaction of engineer incharge .

Construction of 0.30 wide + 0.15 Mtr. Thick wall with stone & brick masonry mixed for proper leveling under railing work should be completed with CM 1:4 & plaster work in cement sand mortar 1:3 with thikness of 12mm. The top of above wall should be completed with 100mm thick RCC by using minimum rainforcement & 1:1.5:3 mixure the wooden finishing work should be done on above wall for & one visible side completed by Bamboo/Ballie desing desing and drawing approved by Engrineer incharge.

Making of railing as per following Specifaion desing 2. Nos. vertical pole should be made in 1.0 mtr Distance & 1.0 Mtr. Height and also of 3" thikness. 2 Nos. cross pole should be made per above specification.1 Nos. horizontal pole should be use made on top side as per above specification3 Nos. 8mm size bars should be use every pole with 6 nos. ringhs of 4m. G.I. Wire.The Stainless steel murga jhali should be fixed with every pole for C.C. Work. All poles should be complete by 1:1:2 R.C.C. Mixture The Plaster work should be complete by 1:2 mortar of not less than 12 mm thick. Finishing work should be complete by white cement oxide colours as per direction & made the pillar in Bally or Bamboo desing or as per deriction after finishing work should be done two couts of touch wood.Work should be done as per direction of incharge .
