The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Experience in works of a similar nature and required size for any of the last five years. * Completion of works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of work performed in the last five years (excluding the current year). * Completion of works as a prime contractor, and work performed in the past as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed: * The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a total value of at least 25Cr for building work and 50Cr for road work. * The bidder should have completed at least 30% of the joint venture share in similar works. * The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 10% of the bid price for subcontracting components of the works. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature work in single work order, with the following options: * Three works, each with a value of 40% of the total contract value. * Two works, each with a value of 50% of the total contract value. * One work with a value of 80% of the total contract value. The bidder must provide information on the total value of work performed in the last five years, excluding the current year, with a breakdown of the values for each year.
