Site Visit : 2.1 The tenderer shall, prior to submitting his tender for the work, visit and examine the Site of works and its surroundings at his own expenses and obtain and ascertain for himself on his own responsibility all information that may be necessary for preparing his tender and entering into a Contract including the actual conditions, regarding the nature, conditions of site, availability of materials, labour, probable sites for labour camps, stores etc. and extent of lead and lift required for the work in complete form over the entire duration of the Contracts after taking into consideration local conditions obstructions in work, if any, and allow for all such extras likely to be incurred due to any such conditions, restrictions, obstructions, etc. in the quoted Contracts Price for the work. 2.3 A tenderer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site, whether he inspects it or not, and no extra charges consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed. 3.
