The bidder should have experience of works related to water supply schemes/projects during the last 7 years up to the date of submission of bids. Specifically, they should have experience in: - Project execution of one similar work having at least one component, costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 399.29 Lacs (15% of estimated cost). - Construction experience of key components, including laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning work of a minimum length of all types of pipelines of all diameters (minimum nominal diameter 75 mm) equal to 26401.40 meters. - O&M experience of key components, including successful completion of O&M for at least 2 years of any type of pipeline of all diameters (minimum nominal diameter 75 mm) for a minimum length of 26401.40 meters. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The bidder should have experience of executing one similar work having at least one component, costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 399.29 Lacs, which is 15% of the estimated cost. - An additional weightage of 10% per year shall be given to the cost (capital and O&M) of executed projects/schemes/works during previous years to bring the same to the current price level to account for price escalation over the years. For example, for bids to be received in 2024-25, the effective cost of executed projects at the 2024-25 price level would be: - 1.77 X A for projects completed in 2017-18 - 1.61 X B for projects completed in 2018-19 - 1.46 X C for projects completed in 2019-20 - 1.33 X D for projects completed in 2020-21 - 1.21 X E for projects completed in 2021-22 - 1.10 X F for projects completed in 2022-23 - 1.00 X G for projects completed in 2023-24 The works which have been completed and commissioned during the last 7 years up to the date of submission of bid, though may have commenced earlier, shall be considered for experience purposes.

The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is Class AA.
