The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of project execution, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of pipelines, and O&M of similar works. For project execution experience, the bidder must have executed and successfully commissioned one similar work with specific requirements based on the bid cost. The requirements are: - No requirement for bids costing up to a certain amount. - For bids costing more than that amount and up to another amount, the bidder must have executed a similar work costing not less than 15% of the bid cost, with a minimum value. - For bids costing more than the higher amount, the bidder must have executed a similar work costing not less than 15% of the bid cost. For pipeline work experience, the bidder must have experience of laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of a pipeline with a minimum nominal diameter and a minimum length. For O&M experience, the bidder must have successfully completed O&M of one similar work for at least two years, with specific contract value requirements. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder must have: - Completed at least one similar work costing not less than 15% of the bid cost for certain bid cost ranges. - Completed at least one similar work with a contract value not less than 20% of the work cost for O&M experience. - Completed at least one similar work with a contract value of O&M per annum not less than 0.25% of the work cost for O&M experience. The detailed monetary values mentioned are: - A certain amount in Crores for bid cost ranges. - A certain amount in Lakhs for minimum project execution experience. - 15% of the bid cost. - 20% of the work cost. - 0.25% of the work cost. - Other amounts in Crores and Lakhs for net worth, credit limit, and bidding capacity requirements. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of works related to water supply schemes/projects during the last 7 years, with specific requirements for schemes/projects execution with O&M of 5 years or more and bid cost of work more than a certain amount. The experience of execution and O&M may be in the same contract or under different contracts.
