Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe ISI marked of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8110-1985.

Providing and laying GI pipe 'A' class IS 1239 make for submersible cable external work 40 mm dia complete in all respect.

Supply and installation of three phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS:8034-2011 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (Motor) or amended upto date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/ DCB. the job inckudes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables upto switch board, testing of submersible pumpsets and interconnection upto water mains complete in all respect.

Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB, fully automatic star delta starter, overload relay, ampere meter with CTs, Volt meter , Phase preventer, Suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lightening arrangements etc, complete suitable for the three phase pump set, the panel should have space for energy meter (Supplied by discome). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 gauge MS sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900*600*450 mm with stand (Made of angle iron of size 35*35*5 mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having four legs each leg length 18'' and double door including in built locking system . the should be embeded in M-15 cement concrete platform , the size of CC platform should be equal or bigger then the base size of the panel having height of of at least 200 mm from ground level. the panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. the operation of panel should be suitable for 440 Volt AC supply.

Supplying & fixing of ISI marked 3 core PVC flat insulated submersible cable confirming to IS:694:1990 or amended upto date with flexible copper conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc.as required (GR-1)

Supply and fixing of Tubewell cover of MS sheet 8 mm thick at top and 5 mm thick 100 mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI nipple 45 cm loag and two GI flanges at boath end in 80 mm size passing through a hole in the center of MS sheet. a 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate (As per drawing enclosed). A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 '' (For installation of pressure gauge) shall be provided and welded with 80 mm GI Nipple near top plate, nipple shell be provided with end plug.

Providing and laying PVC/Xlpe insulated & vPVC sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conducter of IS:1554 P-1/IS:7098 P-I of group 1 of approved make make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cm x 75cm size trenche,25cm thick under layer of sand iind class bricks covering refilling earth,compaction of earth, making necessary connection,testing etc.as required of size

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Demolishing CC/R.C.C. work by mechanical power driven means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismentled material up to to lead of 50 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material seperately including cutting reinforcement bars

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
