A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be weld over top plate (as per drawing enclosed ) AMS/GI nipple having inside thread of size1/2" (suitable for installation of pressure gauge ) shall be provide &welded with G.I nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug..

Supply and installation of 3- phase ISI Marked submerssible motor pump sets of 5 star rating by BEE and as per IS-8034:2018 (PUMP) and IS-9283:2013 (MOTOR) or amended upto date of approved make of following duty conditions with required accessories including making connections suitable for tubewell/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pumps, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electric cables upto switch board, testing of submercible pump set and interconnection upto water mains, complete all as specified.

(excluding earth work) Note : Providing and fixing of all requisite specials as per drawing, design and layout are inclusive in RM measurement of the item and shall not be paid separately.

The work also includes depositing and refilling of trench with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed for lead up to 50 mtr.

Measurement for dismantled trench to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, re-handling of material/earth to complete the tasks as per technical specification and scope of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

Removing & Re-fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks by manual, stacking of severciable & un serviceable material separately. disposal of dismantled material lead up to 50 mtr. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joints to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the directions of Engineer in charge. The rates to be inclusive of fixing of minimum 70 percent reusable precast concrete interlocking block and cost of required new precast concrete interlocking block, all lead and lift as per general specifications. (Interlocking block manufactured by fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS:6717-2001. In addition to the ferrule, an orifice of 4.0 mm dia should also be provided in the service line at the entry point of the consumer's property in such a way that it should be accessible for inspection to VWSC, PHED and any other authority which would like to inspect as and when required. The service line should be laid at least 45 cm below ground level, except in case of concrete/bituminous roads where minimum depth shall be 20 cm. For detailed specifications of MDPE pipes please refer section "Technical Specifications" of bid document.
